In the Nobel Korean Series Synthetic Hog Round #2, I have finally found a role for a round brush in oil painting process and it has earned a permanent spot in my brush case.  Because of the exquisite craftsmanship, this round brush is actually strong enough and sharp enough to pull a crisp and very long organic line that can undulate between fat and pin point with oil paint. For instance, I painted twisting flat ribbons with it. It pulls a long crisp straight pinpoint line as capably as a rigger would with watercolour, and turned on its side, it can swoosh a sprinkle colour through a wet surface as well as blend it. I love this brush.

Stiff synthetic hogs are great for oil, acrylics, casein or gouache.
