Winsor Newton Brush Cleaner

This product is Winsor Newton's replacement for their former Brush Cleaner and Restorer. It works in a similar manner, but just not as fast. It will still take out hardened paint, but it is a much gentler product, that will take a bit more time to get the paint out of dried oil or acrylic brushes. It is specifically designed to be a safer, low-vapor alternative to traditional solvent-based cleaners. It is non-toxic, biodegradable, non-flammable and water-soluble.
