Nobel Canvas Board

This is good quality basic canvas board for acrylics (cardboard core, canvas covered with basic acrylic gesso ground). For use with either acrylics or oil, I recommend improving this basic product  to archival quality with two applications of archival quality Golden Acrylic Gesso Ground. The re-application of ground will counter possibility of SIDS with acrylic paintings, and because of the combination with an inflexible support, it can effectively prevent leaching from acidic oil paint into the canvas fabric, where it could otherwise create eventual rotting. Note: Allow the Golden Acrylic Gesso Ground to cure for at least three days before painting on the surface.
